Playbook usage from 40% to over 70% - WalkMe's CEO on WINN.AI
After the SAP acquisition, WalkMe needed consistency across hundreds of enterprise reps. WINN.AI went live in a week instead of the six-to-nine-month project the CEO expected, and playbook usage jumped from 40% to over 70%. Sayso filmed Dan Adika, CEO and co-founder of WalkMe, in Tel Aviv.
Dan Adika, CEO and co-founder of WalkMe, on a one-week deployment and playbook usage lifted from 40% to over 70% across a global enterprise sales force.
We saw a big boost in that playbook usage from 40% to over 70%, meaning our AEs are actually using the playbook we want them to use.
Filmed on location in Tel Aviv-Yafo, single interviewee, director working remotely. Two craft decisions shaped the film: after a long, sprawling answer the director called it "too much" and pulled a tighter version, which produced the clean 40%-to-70% soundbite that anchors the edit. The session closed with a rapid-fire round in which short standalone lines were harvested for the short-form cuts.
