Frankie Says started with 5 London properties managed on Excel. It grew to 20, then 60 - growth the co-founder says would not have happened without Guesty. Sayso filmed Javier Carrillo in one of the brand's serviced apartments in London.
It was so different when we had 5 properties working on Excel to when we have 20 properties, and to now 60 properties... with all the help of Guesty, we would not have been able to do that.
Shot in a London serviced apartment on natural light with a teleprompter available. Two sessions were filmed: an informal storytelling segment first, then the formal Q&A - the informal round is where the Excel-to-60 arc surfaced.
