Neil Ewing on onboarding a new client with 10,000 publicly exposed documents and securing all of them in three or four clicks, as Ewing IT scaled from 30 to 700+ protected users.
New customer onboarded, 10,000 shared documents, all publicly accessible, three or four clicks later, all secured.
Shot on location at Ewing IT's working office in Longwood, Huddersfield. One interviewee, seated setup built in the client's own meeting area. Construction noise ran through the session from the building next door; the crew kept rolling and cleaned the audio with AI in post rather than lose the real location. B-roll was deliberately shot from changing angles and in close-up, so a single small office cuts like several different spaces.
What this film answers
Ewing IT surfaced more than 10,000 publicly shared documents on a new client's environment with Guardz, and secured all of them in three or four clicks. Discovery and remediation happen in the same portal, so exposure is closed the moment it is found.
One place to see posture, one place to act. Ewing IT runs discovery, remediation and user protection from the Guardz portal instead of stitching tools together.
Ewing IT grew from 30 to more than 700 protected users on Guardz. The platform carried the growth; the headcount did not have to.
