Yes, once the final payment is made and the video is approved, you’ll receive a download link for the raw materials.
The link will be available for 21 days. After that period, SaySo is not responsible for storing the materials.
Who is in charge of contacting the speaker/customer and securing the location for the shooting?
Upon booking a project with Sayso testimonials, the primary contact and account manager stated in the user’s account is responsible for contacting the interviewees and securing the location for the shooting.
Does shooting include hair & makeup and wardrobe?
It does not, but these services can be added as part of our additional offerings for an extra fee.
Can I cancel an order that I already submitted?
Yes!
You will be allowed to cancel the production in your dashboard.
Cancellation made up to 72 hours before shooting day are allowed free of charge.
Later cancellation is subject to the following cancellation fee:
(i) US $1,000 for cancellation made between 72 hours and up to 48 hours before the date set for the shooting;
(ii) US $1,500 for cancellation made less than 48 hours before the date set for the shooting and until editing is commenced; and
(iii) US $2,000 for cancellation made after the date of the shooting but before any editing is performed.
