How does the payment process go?
Once a single video order is made, a 50% payment of the total amount will be charged via credit card or bank transfer.
This initial payment confirms your order and secures your booking.
The remaining payment is due upon video delivery or 30 days from the shooting day, whichever comes first.
Where can I shoot my testimonial video?
With Sayso, you can book your testimonial shooting location almost anywhere in the world!
When can I schedule the shoot?
Once you set the location, you can choose an available date and time for your shoot from the Sayso production calendar according to your nearest convenience and at least 10 days ahead of the day you placed your order.
